155/164cc EXTREME results and WRRP exhaust system
Finally got dyno results for our 164cc kit, somepoint in the next month or so we will do a video of it accelerating.
So nearly 17BHP at the wheels, this is a huge amount of power for a tiny 58.5mm piston.
Also on the video is the new WRRP exhaust system.
We are very confident that this exhaust makes more power than any other pipe on the market for stock,155 and 164cc bikes.
Not only that but all within a reasonable sound level, you can ride about and nobody can tell you have a tuned bike!.

Slight delay in extreme kit results and Force works ECU
There will be a slight delay for the dyno results as we cant get access to the dynojet until early next week.
We did book it for this morning and in fact we arrived expecting to use it.........welcome to Taiwan.
Also the ECU 'might' be delayed an extra week as the CNC factory that makes the case is running behind on orders.

Extreme head kits
Finally they will be arriving sometime this month at about the same time as the ForceWorks ECU!.
I have copy/pasted the below from the zumaforums, be sure to check in there for updates!.
What is it?
The Extreme kit is the final upgrade for existing Samurai 155cc and 164cc big bore kits.
What is in the kit?
A specially designed head complete with cam, valves, retainers and springs.
The valve and port size is designed to maximise gasflow from the 58.5mm bore.
The cam is also specially chosen to do the same.
What do we gain from this?
Good old fashioned horse power!.
On a 4 stroke engine, all of the power is in the head, already with just the stock head we are able to squeeze out 13-15bhp at the wheels, this head will allow us to push to the high teens (results thursday).
The whole point of this kit was to give a bolt on upgrade with only a basic knowledge of engine assembly.
No need to bore out the case, just remove and replace!.
How much will the kit cost?
No higher than $400, but you will need to have one of our big bore kits, force works ECU and a 32mm throttlebody already installed in order to use this kit.
Price may seem a bit high altogether but this isnt supposed to be down all at once, its a progression in stages with this being the final one.
What are the stages?
Stage 1) CVT & CLUTCH
Stage 2) 155/164 big bore kit
Stage 3) 32mm throttlebody
Stage 4) ECU
Stage 5) Extreme head
What about the exhaust?
Good point..... this is a major headache/problem for me.
The exhaust will need to be able to flow more gas than pretty much anything on the market, so there are going to be differences (or restrictions) in power depending on what exhaust you use.
I do have a solution for this, WRRP is making an exhaust which works better than anything else on the market with the 58.5mm big bore kits and will also work well with the extreme head.
This will be the exhaust used for the dyno test.
This thursday i will be posting pricing news and dyno results from the Extreme conversion done on my wifes bike
