Since getting back online i have had a rather large amount of emails and PMs (totaling about 45) some are questions others are people chasing up their orders (rightly so!).
Shipping has returned to normal, its Monday and the EMS guy is collecting packages, invoices are being printed... everything is as regular as it used to be.
I have also started building another monster GY6 engine which is destined for Norway.
Some people get a bit frustrated by our response time, please try to understand a few things:
1) This isn't our full time job anymore, we have a large shrimp business that keeps both me and the wife busy (www.seafortunes.com)
2) Time difference, since we are located in Taiwan we are about as on the other side of the world as it gets!.
This means there is a 16-12 hour difference between us, so usually we are in bed sleeping and only get to the email another 8 or so hours after its sent.
3) Our mail server has very strong filtering, i have often lowered the filter but almost instantly our in-box just get filled with spam!.
So if you don't get an answer within about 48hrs, chances are you have been filtered out so please try again with a different subject title without CAPITALS!.
4) PM's, i am not always on the forums, the best method for contacting us is by our company emails:
sales@samuraiscoot.com & care@samuraiscoot.com
5) Please remember we are not a large business, this is purely just a hobby of ours, there are only 2 of us and sometimes we make mistakes. Its what you might call a mom and pop business.
Now there was a point where things were getting serious and we were looking to grow, after a lot of talking we decided to keep things small and simple, this way its still our hobby and not just a 'job'!.
6) We try to keep stock with the most popular items, but its not always possible to tell whats going to be popular one month to the next.
Our suppliers or to be honest all suppliers in Taiwan are just a pain in the backside, no matter how much money or how much time you give them, they can drag their feet and waste infinite amounts of time (yours and ours!) so sometimes orders can lag, we will always try to keep you up to date or let you know if the parts are not in stock.
Hope the above is some use to you!.
